Back 4 Blood is an adrenaline-pumping first-person co-op shooter developed by the creators of the critically acclaimed Left 4 Dead series. You find yourself at the center of a war against the infested: humans transformed from a deadly parasite into terrifying creatures determined to devour what remains of humanity. With the extinction of the entire human race at stake, it's up to you and your friends to declare war on the infested and regain control of the world.

With competitive multiplayer you can play together or against your friends in PVP. Choose to be an exterminator or take on the role of a ferocious infested. Whoever you decide to be, you will have at your disposal in any case unique weapons, abilities and special moves.

In Co-op story mode, you'll be able to blast your way through a dangerous and dynamic world in a 4-player co-op campaign, where you'll team up with allies to survive increasingly dangerous missions. Play with up to 3 friends online or in single mode and lead your team into battle.

A new "Rouge-Lite" card system allows you to have a different experience in each game, create custom decks, field different configurations and face more challenging fights.

Thanks to the extreme replayability, the game continuously adapts to the player's actions, ensuring exhilarating combat, extremely differentiated gameplay and legions of more difficult infestations to deal with, such as six-meter-tall mutant bosses.
